Services Provided
Visit Langebaan specializes in booking short-term accommodations owned by us, we handle all bookings directly for properties under our ownership.
Self-Service Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information and assessing the suitability of our accommodations before confirming your booking. While we may assist through various communication channels or our website, the final assessment and accuracy of your booking details are your responsibility.
Direct Booking with Us
All bookings made through Visit Langebaan are for properties directly owned and managed by us. We do not use third-party properties or suppliers. Any issues or concerns related to your booking should be directed to us, as we handle all aspects of the accommodation.
Quotes, Rates, and Prices
Rates displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. Only quotes provided directly through our website constitute a legal offer. Rates shown elsewhere are for guidance only and may be adjusted if errors occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even if they were included in a quotation or payment.
Your Responsibilities
By using our booking platform, you agree to:

Accepting Instructions
We may accept booking instructions from anyone who has access to the email or cell phone number used for the booking or has substantial knowledge of the booking (e.g., the reference number).
Cancellation Policy
Bookings and related charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise during the booking process. Any applicable cancellation policy will be shown at the time of booking. If no policy is shown, assume the booking is non-refundable or contact us for clarification.
Upon receiving a cancellation request, any refund due will be processed by Visit Langebaan and paid to you within 7 days. Refunds will be deposited into your bank account, minus any applicable fees. If no refund is due or funds cannot be recovered, Visit Langebaan is not obligated to make any payments.
Unavailable Bookings
If, after payment, a property is no longer available, Visit Langebaan will attempt to find an alternative or assist in recovering your funds.
Travel Delays and Re-scheduling
As our service focuses on accommodation booking, we are not liable for travel delays or changes. Any additional costs incurred due to changes, such as accommodation or alternate arrangements, are your responsibility.
Credit Card Payments
All credit card payments for bookings are securely processed through Stripe, a leading payment gateway provider. Here’s how it works:
Payment Processing: Payments are processed in South Africa, with transactions in South African Rand (ZAR). Stripe handles the processing of all credit card payments. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Security: Stripe employs advanced security measures to ensure the protection of your payment information. Stripe uses encryption and other security protocols to safeguard your credit card details during transactions.
Data Handling: Visit Langebaan does not store your complete credit card details. All sensitive payment information is securely transmitted directly to Stripe for authorization and processing.
Indemnity: While we make every effort to ensure secure transactions through Stripe, you agree to indemnify Visit Langebaan against any loss, damage, or liability arising from payments and transactions processed through Stripe.
Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with your booking, contact Visit Langebaan immediately. For issues during your stay, reach out to us promptly so we can attempt to resolve them. If contacting us after your stay, do so within a week of your departure. We cannot guarantee resolution but will make efforts to assist.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the accommodation services. We are not liable for any damages beyond this amount.
